The zippers are way to loud a bang against each other an everything else. Can’t hear anything but the clanking together.
I absolutely love the scooter everything I was needing and wanting in a scooter. I am not a user that needs to fold the scooter down and carry it but unfortunately when I did try to use the hook and hook bar I found that the bar sits too low to the deck for me to actually clasp the hook onto it. Just not enough space in-between the bar and the deck to fit the dimensions of the hook. I believe this is due to the height of the weld near this area.

As I started the scooter was purchased as means of transportation for my son to get around that huge campus . He is really enjoying not having to walk the 15 to 20 minutes between his classes. Besides that having a blast just riding around with other friends that also have scooters

Awesome scooter. Suspension is good, even for this 275lb rider. It’s fast. Customer service was good.
Mark and Alfred have been exceptionally helpful, fair and honest, quick to respond, and ultimately cool. I will probably continue to purchase any motorized scooters from Varla for sure…it’s become a company I can trust.

Feels like new! Sadly i popped my tires and now need an inner tube but we back soon
Rest assured, even after a year and a half Varla customer service are still willing to help with the current issue I had.
My issues were heard and listen to and my problem was herself a special thanks to Vicky from Varlas customer support team for all the help!
I will definitely be purchasing another Varla scooter in the future.
This scooter can really move. I generally see about 38 mph in 5rh. It's really cool being able to keep up with traffic. And the support Varla offers to support their products is amazing!
Incredible beast! Absolutely solid. Very high quality. I'm going to have lots of fun with this thing.
Just hit 1000 miles. It's very reliable and a great commuter. I am 220 pounds and get 14 miles full throttle gear 3.
Only complaint is the plastic black cover under the deck that isn't very durable, but overall a great scooter that is still serving me well.

Delivery company failed to deliver the extra charger I bought with the scooter. Support stepped up and got it to me asap.
Scooter tires continues to go flat I replaced it several times. I haven’t even driven it for a month. I do not recommend this scooter at all
I love it, it handles any terrain with ease including mud and soft sand while still comfortable on the streets.
The zipper is a little wonky but it attaches to the scooter tightly and the case is good quality.

Absolutely fantastic scooter! Amazing value! I'm coming from several years with q Qiewa Q1. Though several years old, the Q1 was a single motor, 52v heavy scooter that just failed up severe hills. The Eagle One Pro is 5x the scooter in ability, refinement and fun! At 200 pounds, I can go up the most severe hills even at 30mph with ease. The range is phenomenal. The build quality is superb. My only beefs are (1) it's nearly impossible to get it to start when programming your phone's NFC - although that feature is advertised - it doesn't work [minor quip really] (2) it's heavy at 90 lbs in comparison to others in this class. I'm a big muscular dude, so that doesn't phase me really and (3) the handlebars should have a folding feature. The suspension is supple yet planed when carving turns. Value-wise, it's the winner for me especially when comparing it scooters in it's class from Vsett, Minimotors/Dualtron, etc.
